Caring for a Loved One?

“I don’t want to be a burden on you.” Has a loved one with a serious illness ever told you that? It can be hard to feel like you’re Cherishing Life when the worries and responsibilities of caregiving start to overtake your time together.

Truth is, as much as your loved one needs support in living the last chapter of life, so do you. The entire Hospice of the Calumet Area team recognizes the important role you play in our patients’ lives. We’re here to serve you, too.

From hospice aides who help with the little things from bathing to dressing, to nurses who will build your knowledge and confidence in meeting your loved one’s needs, our support helps you become a family again.

You’ll have caregiving support so you can be a spouse, a daughter, a son. You can focus on cherishing every moment you have with your loved one.

We are here to help. Contact us at anytime. You can find the answers to commonly asked questions about hospice care, or the truths behind common myths.
