The Hospice team anticipates individual patient needs and will provide the equipment, supplies, and medications determined necessary by the team to ensure symptom management and comfort care.

Equipment & Supplies

Hospice will order equipment such as hospital beds, oxygen and wheelchairs for delivery to the patient’s home as needed.  Patient care supplies, such as adult briefs, are brought by team members on scheduled visits.

Medications

Medications for symptom management and comfort care related to the life-limiting illness are ordered and provided through the pharmacy utilized by Hospice.
